Regulatory status notice: Wsselni is currently registered as a software and technology company. This Fraud Policy applies to misuse of the Wsselni software platform, accounts, ride-hailing related app features, payments, wallets, documents, and support channels. Commercial transport features may be subject to separate licensing, approvals, or operational launch restrictions.
1. Purpose
Trust, safety, and accurate financial records are essential to Wsselni. This Fraud Policy explains the types of activity we may treat as fraudulent, deceptive, unsafe, abusive, or harmful, and the actions Wsselni may take to protect Riders, Captains, the Platform, regulators, and the public.

- Deliberately increasing trip distance, duration, waiting time, fare, tolls, or charges in a dishonest manner.
- Accepting, confirming, starting, ending, cancelling, or completing trips with no genuine intention to provide or receive the ride-related service.
- Creating fake trips, staged trips, collusive trips, circular trips, self-booked trips, or trips between related accounts to generate earnings, bonuses, referrals, promotions, ratings, or wallet credits.
- Forcing or pressuring Riders or Captains to cancel so that cancellation fees, bonuses, avoidance of penalties, or offline arrangements are created.
- Taking a ride offline, completing any part of a Platform-initiated ride outside the Platform, or soliciting direct payment for a ride initially matched, requested, or facilitated through Wsselni.
- Avoiding or attempting to avoid Wsselni commission, fees, platform controls, safety features, regulatory controls, or payment records.
- Misusing cash collection, unpaid amount recovery, wallet credits, rider balances, captain earnings, payout accounts, refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
- Disputing legitimate charges or falsely claiming non-receipt, non-completion, cancellation, safety issue, refund entitlement, or payment error.
- Abusing promotions, referrals, incentives, coupons, loyalty credits, free rides, discounts, or bonus programs.
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, complaints, captain status, rider status, documents, vehicle approval, or safety reports.
- Using bots, scripts, modified apps, emulators, automation tools, unauthorized APIs, reverse engineering, scraping, or other technical methods to abuse the Platform.
- Hacking, probing, bypassing security, intercepting communications, or accessing data, systems, accounts, or admin tools without authorization.
- Threatening, bribing, intimidating, impersonating, or misleading Riders, Captains, support agents, or Wsselni personnel.
- Any conduct that Wsselni reasonably believes is deceptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, harmful to users, harmful to the Platform, or harmful to Wsselni’s brand or business.
4. Investigation and Account Review
Wsselni may review account activity, location signals, booking history, device/session signals, payment records, ledger entries, payout records, uploaded documents, support messages, complaints, and other relevant information to detect and investigate suspected fraud.
We may use automated systems, manual review, third-party verification providers, admin review, support review, and reports from Riders, Captains, regulators, authorities, payment partners, or other lawful sources.
5. Actions Wsselni May Take
Where fraud, misuse, safety risk, or suspicious activity is suspected, Wsselni may, to the extent permitted by law:
- Warn the user or request additional information.
- Temporarily restrict, suspend, or deactivate all or part of an account.
- Require re-verification of identity, documents, vehicle, device, payment method, or payout method.
- Cancel trips, reverse bookings, remove promotions, invalidate referrals, or block specific features.
- Adjust fares, refunds, wallet credits, unpaid amounts, captain earnings, commissions, bonuses, or ledger entries.
- Place a temporary hold on pending earnings, wallet balances, payouts, bonuses, credits, or suspicious amounts while review is ongoing.
- Reject, delay, reverse, or deduct payouts where amounts are linked to suspected fraud, chargebacks, unpaid amounts, fake trips, or policy violations.
- Permanently deactivate an account where fraud, repeated abuse, serious safety risk, illegality, or platform circumvention is found.
- Report conduct to payment providers, payout providers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other authorities where legally required or appropriate.
6. Wallets, Earnings, and Payment Holds
Wsselni may temporarily freeze or hold wallet amounts, captain earnings, payout balances, credits, refunds, bonuses, or other ledger-linked balances where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse, payment error, chargeback risk, unsafe conduct, illegality, or policy breach.
Holds are used to preserve accurate financial records and prevent losses while an investigation is completed. Wsselni may release, adjust, reverse, deduct, or settle held amounts based on the outcome of the review and applicable law.
7. Notice
Where appropriate, Wsselni may notify the affected user through in-app message, SMS, phone call, support ticket, email (if available), or another available method. Some restrictions may be applied immediately without prior notice to protect users, prevent loss, preserve evidence, comply with law, or respond to urgent safety concerns.
8. Appeals
If you believe Wsselni made an error, you may appeal by contacting info@wsselni.com, calling +962 6 583 1234, or using [Fraud Appeal Form URL] if available. Your appeal should include your registered mobile number, account type, trip ID or transaction ID if applicable, a clear explanation, and supporting evidence.
Wsselni will review appeals in a reasonable time. Some cases may take longer where additional records, third-party responses, payment-provider information, or regulatory/legal review is needed. Wsselni’s decision after appeal may be final unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Repeated or Serious Violations
Repeated violations, serious fraud, forged documents, identity misuse, unsafe conduct, payment abuse, platform circumvention, or illegal activity may result in permanent deactivation without additional warnings.
10. Relationship With Other Policies
This Fraud Policy should be read together with Wsselni’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Captain rules, Rider rules, payment rules, payout rules, and any service-category-specific rules shown in the app.
